We collect some information about you during your visit to your website.

What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:
  • Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed.
  • Products added to cart: these will be used to send you marketing messages and invite you to complete the order.
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping.
  • Card unique identifiers: these IDs, returned by Stripe when submitting card details, will be stored to help you check out faster next time you make a purchase on our store.
  • User unique identifier: this ID is used to uniquely identify the user on Stripe platform and create charges/subscriptions.
  • Subscription unique identifiers: these IDs will identify subscriptions on Stripe and will help us manage renewals that come from Stripe platform.
We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, email address, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Send you information about your account and order
  • Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Set up your account for our store
  • Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, and email address which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders. We will also store comments or reviews whenever those features are enabled, if you choose to leave them. Some forms on this site require the use of Google's reCAPTCHA service before they can be submitted. If you consent to use Google's reCAPTCHA service, a cookie is created that stores your consent. This cookie deletes itself after thirty days.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent.
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing  information.
  • All data returned by Stripe, including (but not limited to) cards’ unique ID, subscriptions’ data and users’ details.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds, track user identity on Stripe’s server and support you throughout the transaction process.

Google Web Fonts

For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google.
