Refunds
We do not offer refunds for paid services under any circumstances whatsoever, including situations such as (but not limited to) if your assigned playlist is removed by Spotify (which happens occasionally and affects everyone in the industry, not just us), or if your song(s) is/are removed by Spotify or your distributor for any reason.
If your assigned playlist is removed by Spotify we may, at our sole discretion, re-list your song or album on another playlist(s) for no charge. In any event, as the removal is solely the action of Spotify, no refunds will be offered.
Occasionally songs are removed by Spotify, usually with the claim “due to indications of artificial streams” but they never provide proof. Unfortunately some artists do pay for bot services to increase their stream count. We don’t use bots, so if your song is removed, it isn’t because of our campaigns. Spotify like all big tech organizations use software to analyze data, so you may just have been unlucky and had it flagged incorrectly. In any event, as the removal is solely the action of Spotify, no refunds will be offered.
Results Guarantee
Please note your purchase of a campaign only entitles you to placement on one or more independent and hand-curated playlists for a limited period of time. At the end of that period, unless you make another purchase, your album or track will be removed from the playlist.
Your purchase does not provide you with guaranteed followers or a guaranteed number of streams because we have no control over the behavior of Spotify listeners.
If you do want a guaranteed number of followers or streams, then you need to go find a company that uses bots, because that’s the only way to achieve this. We don’t use bots so we can’t help you.
Results of your campaign will vary depending on a variety of factors including but not limited to the number of followers of a playlist at any given time, the policies of the streaming service (including the policies regarding the removal of playlists and artist’s albums and/or tracks) in place at any given moment in time, and many other factors outside our control. As such, Playlist Booker LLC cannot guarantee the number of streams the album and/or track you submit to us will receive.
